My project for course: Creative Watercolor Sketching for Beginners

My first contact, EVER, with watercolour. A medium that always intimidated me and never seemed welcoming....
And I am so glad I chose this course as my first ever meeting with watercolour!

It has been a huge amount of fun, informative, well structured, and absolutely beginner friendly with a good progression curve.
While I started this course hesitant, fearful and shamelessly replicating the exercises as accurately as possible, by the end I am on my 3rd sketchbook, exploring new subjects and ideas with messy delight and am starting to develop my own preferences.
More importantly, the way the information is delivered naturally and easily led to a daily practice, and this has been the best habit I could add to my life.

Thank you Laura for making such a solid introductory course that really allowed me to have fun and learn to love this medium, and incorporate this practice consistently into my daily routine <3
