“Observation and Mind Bank In this lesson I will show you how I draw from observation, and I will talk about the mind bank. For these exercises I'm gonna use markers and pencils, but you can use any material you like. I'm gonna draw some objects I like to incorporate in my illustrations. Now, what you want to draw is very personal. For example, I like to draw plants and little cups of coffee, lamps, tables, chairs, but if you would like to draw a garden, for example, you would need to be able to draw trees.
