“Flying With Monochrome In this lesson, we'll continue to work with a single colour, but using one colour, explore the ways that you can create real depth in your painting by creating lighter areas and darker areas, which is also known as tone or value. I'm gonna use a single colour here, which is a turquoise colour, to show you the difference. I'm not adding much water at all. I'll add so much water that it's mostly water with only a tiny bit of paint. It's a much lighter version of the same colour. You can create a whole spectrum of different tonal values using one colour. I'm gonna start ...”
