Procreate for Beginners: Digital Illustration 101

As a complete newcomer to this, I think I will have to do this a couple of times before I get the hang of it! It would be usesful to have a simple “crib sheet” that one could print out with how to do it.

Having never used Procreate, I find Brad goes way too quickly for me to digest the info and locate items. I would not recommend this for a complete novice. I feel it would be better suited for someone who has a dabbled with it already. I'm finding I have to stop and google certain things. I can see that it will be an excellent source to refer to once you have gained some knowledge.

Great course and provides almost everything about procreate essential tools to start!

Love this class. There are so many details that are made easy and I am aware of things I would never have known on my own.

The content is fine, but hasn't been vetted by someone just starting out in Procreate with a new tablet. The instructor goes into detail about how the Quick Menu is already set up and makes it easy in Unit 2. That was not a correct statement as you have to enable it first. So I spent ten minutes or so finding out how to do that taking me out of my experience of learning. I can't trust this creator to show a beginner the ropes. Maybe I'll come back to it as a refresher later.

Great instructor, great content, easy to follow. Lots of tips, would recommend for any beginner.

I am enjoying this course and have learned much about procreate. I feel more confident using the tools and techniques. One issue is that it is difficult to see where the instructor is clicking so I have had to figure a lot out by myself which wastes time. Also, whenever I try to go back into the tutorial video to review a step, the video freezes and I have to refresh and it takes. me back to the beginning. I do not know if it is a common issue but it is frustrating.

Een heldere cursus waar ik veel aan heb gehad. Ik heb wel een paar keer dezelfde filmpjes bekeken maar dat is alleen maar goed voor het leerproces!

Le cours Procreate pour débutant est un bon cours, il est juste parfois difficile de voir où l'enseignant clique sur l'Ipad, cela d'autant plus s'il faut lire en même temps les soustitres. Néanmoins, l'apprentissage reste aisé, le cours bien structuré et la progression rapide.

Loved this course, great for beginners and getting down the basics of procreate. The only negative for me was that I wished was to be able to see where he was clicking on the screen, it would’ve been helpful at times when I was lost. Also felt I needed to rewatch steps multiple times because he goes through it quickly, but not a huge deal. Overall recommend

I’m absolute new with Procreate and this course helped me a lot! It’s less about drawing itself, but gives perfect idea about tools of Procreate and how to find and use them. I’m really happy, that this was my very first course.
